The Daily + TENTH GEN. GATHERING TONIGHT! 🎉
Good morning, Immanuel. In Christ, we live in the most secure place.
“In Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them” (2 Corinthians 5:19).
In Adam, we are all estranged from God—not only as individuals but as a human race. And that is why the apostle Paul loves the phrase “in Christ” so much. He coined it. He uses it 82 times in thirteen letters-or about every 24 verses. All of Paul’s theology is held in orbit by union with Christ. In Christ, all the trespasses of God’s people are forgiven, and all the promises of God’s word are realized.
Therefore, Immanuel family, we live in the most secure place.
We have been absorbed, along with all our trespasses, into Christ. Our sins were punished in His body at the cross. His resurrection guarantees our future life. He is our brighter future, our promised land, and in Him, we dwell securely.
CELEBRATING SUNDAY…
Sunday Worship: Pastor TJ continued our sermon series from Revelation 3:7-13 this past Sunday. You can check it out here! This was a milestone Sunday for Immanuel and a joy going in together on our Tenth Generation commitments. Thank you, Immanuel, for your eager participation in the ministry!
TONIGHT - TENTH GENERATION GATHERING!
Join us tonight for a joyful Tenth Generation Gathering. We will gather in the worship center at 6:30 PM as a church family to celebrate all God has done for us and will do for us, regardless of the outcome. What a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the goodness of God without knowing the outcome of our efforts. Whatever the Lord decides is best for us, we are all in! There will be no iKids, so children are welcome to this family celebration. We hope to see you there!
